Today I had to do a spotlight because I still have to figure out my picture situation. The breed I chose for this post is the Camargue. These beautiful white horses live in the Camargue, which is a marshy region of southwest France. The are mainly wild, but are sometimes tamed by local cowboys to round up wild black bulls that also live in the marsh. Here’s some facts and pictures of them:
- They are sometimes called the “wild white horses of the sea”
- They are always white or gray
- Foals are born dark and lighten with age
- They are small at 14 hands
- They are very hardy

And that’s it! I hope you enjoyed!
